Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: Book online. A non-refundable deposit, varying by service, is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final service cost. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Cash App, and cash. Tips are appreciated. Appointment Confirmation & Reminders: You will receive a confirmation email after booking. Verify all details. A reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. Confirm attendance to avoid automatic cancellation. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. No-shows and late cancellations will incur a full-service charge. Emergencies may allow for one-time rescheduling without penalty if communicated directly. Late Arrivals Arrive on time. Notify us if running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a $25 late fee or require rescheduling. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered no-shows, and the full-service fee will apply. Children & Additional Guests: Only clients receiving services are allowed in the salon. Children under 12 may only be present if they are being serviced. Additional guests are not permitted. Special Offers & Discounts: Mention promotions or discounts at booking. Offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Discounted services are non-refundable.
