We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund for a service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for both products and services. By purchasing on our website, you agree to this policy.

1. Returns and Exchanges (Products)

1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as hair care products that have been opened)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beuniquestudio.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.4 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange. If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

2. Refunds (Products)

2.1 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@beuniquestudio.shop.

3. Service Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Service Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

3.2 Refunds for Services
Refunds for services are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact us at info@beuniquestudio.shop within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss any concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
