Where creativity met resilience and a new path began.
This project captures a transformative period in my journey—not only as a stylist but also as a budding content creator. It documents my time at two distinct locations: a salon on 9 Mile and Gratiot in Roseville, and a private suite on 11 Mile and John R in Madison Heights. While the 9 Mile and Gratiot experience was challenging, it played a key role in shaping my growth and pushing me to explore new possibilities.
East Side Days is a testament to perseverance and creativity. From navigating tough moments to discovering joy in my craft, these photos and videos highlight not just the work I did but the resilience it took to keep going. This was also the time when I began sharing my journey online, blending my skills as a stylist with my passion for content creation.
