1. Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and in-studio. Gift cards can be purchased in various denominations and can be used for services or products offered by Be Unique Studio.
1.2 Payment
All gift card purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website. Gift cards cannot be purchased using another gift card.
1.3 Delivery
Gift cards can be delivered electronically via email or physically via mail, depending on your preference at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the recipient’s email or physical address is correct, as we are not responsible for any incorrect delivery due to wrong information provided by the purchaser.
2. Using Gift Cards
2.1 Redemption
Gift cards can be redeemed for any product or service offered by Be Unique Studio, both online and in-studio. To redeem a gift card online, enter the unique gift card code at checkout. For in-studio purchases, present the gift card at the time of payment.
2.2 Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or applied to previous purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded, resold, or transferred for value, except where required by law.
2.3 Balance
The remaining balance on a gift card can be checked online by logging into your account or contacting us. If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
3. Expiration and Fees
3.1 Expiration
Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time after purchase. There are no fees associated with the purchase or redemption of gift cards.
3.2 Maintenance Fees
Be Unique Studio does not charge any maintenance or inactivity fees for unused gift cards.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards
4.1 Responsibility
Gift cards should be treated like cash. Be Unique Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
4.2 Unauthorized Use
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card. Ensure that your gift card is kept secure and confidential.
5. Refunds and Returns
5.1 Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Purchases made with a gift card will be subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.
5.2 Product Returns
If you return a product that was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit or a replacement gift card. No cash refunds will be provided.
