1 / How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
2 / What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited. If time allows to still be serviced, a late fee may apply. Read Policy
3 / How do I earn points with your loyalty program?
You can earn "Style" points by booking services, purchasing products, and subscribing to our yearly membership plan.
4 / Do you have a Referral Program?
Yes, we do offer a referral program. If you were referred to us by. current client or customer please note it at booking or check out. Each person will receive Style points with each referral and booking. Read Policy
